The Unfact™ Of The Week.

The Unfact™ is, to the best of our knowledge, completely false and unsupportable. We are not responsible for any consequences that are bound to occur if you are silly enough to believe it.

Besides the bald eagle and the wild turkey, the Continental Congress also considered the Atlantic puffin for the national symbol of the USA.

Forsooth and verily, ’tis troth!

Things Ray Says #46:

"The shocking habit of minding ones own business will invariably earn the minder a reputation for being impolite."

The amount of money Nigerian ministers have locked up in foreign banks is truly amazing. If they could get it all out the GNP of Nigeria would be as much as the rest of the UN’s combined. And the Nigerians are so generous! For a mere $100,000 or so, they’ll let you have 10% of millions of dollars!

If it sounds to good to be true then it’s a 4-1-9 scam.

Quatloos! is a “Cyber-Museum of Scams and Frauds…” that explains a lot of chicane, double-dealing fourberie and has a llama pen for the kids. The museum conceit extends through the site, but it’s helpful rather than annoying. The site has sections on general fraud, tax fraud, investment fraud, a rouges gallery of con artistes, gambling advice, recommended reading and sites, law enforcement contacts, and a llama pen for the kids.

The Management’s favorite section is the Brad Christensen Exhibit. Mr Christensen turns the tables on the 4-1-9 scammers and takes them for a number of very funny rides.

A bonus for geeks! The Star Trek episode in which quatloos are used for money is “The Gamesters of Triskelion”.

Money isn’t everything, but it’s most things.

We blame society.

We’re relying on your discretion in this matter. Either one.

Llamas never spread to North America because of a species-wide peanut allergy.
